Quality control
Quality control is only meaningful when it is described as gates rather than as an adjective. These are the four checkpoints an order passes through between component receipt and dispatch.

Changsha Neon Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. manufactures in Guangdong, China. Outdoor and solar products are designed for the climatic range each model states — the solar street range operates from -25°C to 65°C, and the outdoor LED range is sealed to IP66 or IP67 depending on model.

Documentation in progress. We are not going to publish a factory capability claim we cannot support with a document. The following items are being collected and will be published as they are verified:
- Certificate files, issue and expiry dates for each declared certification
- Factory audit report (BSCI, Sedex or equivalent third-party audit)
- Verified monthly production capacity and current line count
- Photography and video of the production floor for use on this site
- Complete company profile text (the version we hold is truncated)
Want to verify us before ordering?
Ask for the certificate with the model number on it, request a video walkthrough of the lines that would produce your order, and confirm that the bank account name matches the company name. We expect those questions.
