Inquiries are answered within 24 hours. If your message includes a full specification — application, wattage, quantity and destination — we can usually return pricing on the first reply rather than asking for details first.

Certification varies by product and we publish only what the source listing declares. Across the range you will see CE and FCC on specific models — for example the 300W flood light declares FCC, and the all-in-one solar street light and the 150W solar flood light declare CE. If your market or tender requires a specific certificate, tell us at inquiry stage and we will confirm exactly what can be provided, with documentation, before you commit. We do not claim certifications we cannot produce a certificate for.

The range covers IP65, IP66 and IP67 on the outdoor and solar products. IP65 is protected against dust ingress and water jets; IP66 against powerful water jets; IP67 against temporary immersion. All three are sealed against dust. IP65 is our standard; IP66 and IP67 are available on selected models. Tell us the mounting position and we will confirm the rating that fits it.

Yes. We support the standard design toolchain — Dialux Evo, AGi32, Litepro DLX and AutoCAD layouts — so you can hand a client a lighting plan rather than a box of fittings. Send room dimensions, ceiling height and the target lux level for interior work, or road class, pole height and spacing for exterior work, and we will return spacing and wattage recommendations.

We describe ourselves as an OEM/ODM LED lighting manufacturer. Our published capability covers street lights, solar lighting, flood lights and LED bulbs, with in-house mould development and private-label packaging.

Yes. Wide-input AC 85-265V models cover 110V and 220V markets with a single SKU, and dedicated 110V, 220V, 12V and 24V variants are available where a market standard requires them. Solar products operate at DC 6V or 3.7V from their own panel and battery.

Tell us the tender requirement at inquiry stage and we will confirm what documentation is available for the specific model. Where certification is declared for a product we can supply the corresponding certificate. Where it is not declared, we will say so rather than supply a document for a different model — a mismatch between a tender submission and the delivered goods is a problem neither side wants.

Because we will not publish figures we cannot verify. Where the source listing for a model does not carry attribute-level data — voltage, CRI, lifespan and so on — the product page says so and offers to obtain the figures from the factory. Estimated or copied specifications cause far more damage in international trade than an honest gap, and the gap is temporary: request the datasheet and we will fill it in.

MOQ is 2 pcs on most products across the range, and 1 pc on selected flood light models. The MOQ for each item is shown on its product page. Mixed models can be combined on a single order, which is how most wholesale buyers structure their first shipment.

Yes. Sample orders from 1 pc are accepted, and mixed sample orders are fine — you can evaluate several models in one shipment. Sample lead time is 2-5 days. Sample cost and freight are quoted with your inquiry.

Yes. Mixed-model orders are normal for us and are how most distributors structure their purchasing. There is no requirement to commit to a single SKU or a single container of one product.

Payment terms and trade terms (FOB, CIF, EXW) are quoted per order and per destination rather than published as a fixed policy, because freight and settlement arrangements vary significantly by market. State your preferred terms in the inquiry and we will quote against them.

Samples are produced in 2-5 days. Mass production runs 1-2 weeks depending on quantity and whether custom tooling, packaging or branding is involved. Lead time is confirmed in writing with every quotation, and we will flag at inquiry stage if a requested delivery date requires a specific production slot.

Orders ship by sea freight, air freight or international express depending on volume and urgency, and we can also ship against your own forwarder account. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance charges in the destination country are payable by the buyer unless your quotation explicitly states otherwise. Packing is export-grade and designed for the specific transit mode quoted.

Yes. We are an OEM/ODM LED lighting manufacturer with a dedicated mould development team. Typical OEM work includes custom wattage and size, custom colour temperature, private-label packaging and printed cartons, logo on the housing, and market-specific certification planning. ODM projects begin from a performance requirement rather than an existing housing.

Yes. Logo on the housing, printed carton and label, retail-ready packaging, and your own specification sheet template are all standard OEM services. Send your artwork as AI, PDF or DWG at inquiry stage so we can confirm print feasibility and any tooling requirement before quoting.

Warranty is stated on each product page and ranges from 1 year to 3 years depending on the model. The 3-year terms apply to the SKD T-shape bulb and the solar LED flood light; the majority of the range carries 2 years. Warranty covers manufacturing defects. Field failures caused by incorrect cable glanding, over-voltage or installation outside the stated IP environment are not covered — which is why we ask about the installation conditions before quoting.
