Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data we collect through neonlighting.co, why we collect it, how long we keep it and who we share it with. It covers the inquiry forms on this site and the analytics used to measure them.
What we collect
We collect only what is needed to answer your inquiry and to run the business.
- Contact details you provide: name, business email, company, country, and optionally phone, job title and website.
- Requirement details: the products you are interested in, quantity, target price, delivery country, expected lead time, customisation requirements and your message.
- Files you choose to upload, such as drawings, artwork or specifications.
- Attribution data captured automatically when you submit a form: the page you submitted from, the referring page, the first page you landed on, and any UTM campaign parameters in the URL.
- A one-way hash of your IP address and browser identifier, used to rate-limit and block automated submissions. We do not store your raw IP address.
- Aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how pages on this site are used.
Why we use it
To respond to your inquiry and prepare a quotation. To fulfil an order if one follows. To detect and block spam and automated abuse of the forms. To measure which pages and campaigns generate inquiries so we can improve the site. Where you have opted in, to send occasional product and pricing updates.
We do not sell your data, and we do not use inquiry details for any purpose unrelated to the business relationship you contacted us about.
Who processes it on our behalf
We use a small number of service providers to operate this website. Each receives only the data needed for its function:
- Hosting and content delivery — Vercel
- Object storage for files and media — Cloudflare R2, with uploaded drawings held in a private bucket accessible only through short-lived links
- Transactional email delivery — Resend
- Inquiry database — Supabase
- Spam protection — Cloudflare Turnstile
How long we keep it
Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to serve the business relationship and to satisfy accounting, tax and export documentation requirements. Records that do not lead to a transaction are retained for a limited period and then deleted. You can ask us to delete your inquiry at any time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Where analytics are enabled they are privacy-oriented and aggregate. Campaign attribution is captured from the URL parameters you arrive with and stored with your inquiry, not tracked across other websites.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it. Inquiries submitted through the website form are acknowledged with a reference number and answered within 24 hours. We will act on any such request within a reasonable period and will not require you to justify it.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Inquiry data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored in access-controlled systems. Uploaded files are stored in a private bucket and exposed only through time-limited signed links. Access to inquiry data is limited to the sales team that handles your request.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the revision date at the top of the page will be updated.
